Faucet In A Box Ultimate R104

Changelog:
- Fixed "undefined" service in new r103 installs

faucetinabox-ultimate-r104.zip

While cleaning-up r103 I deleted 1 line that I should not delete introducing an error in fresh installs. If you upgraded from r102 to r103 you don't need r104.

Upgrading:
If you are upgrading from r102 or r103 and made no changes to the core files:
- backup DB
- backup files
- unpack and upload r104 (without config.php)
- replace with your old template
