What's this and where is the version 1.x?

Few months ago I made a script to send micro crypto payments typing only the USD value. It was named adlinkfly-fh-sender. It was made to help adlinkfly users, but it is not connected, nor limited to adlinkfly at all.

If we add the fact that FaucetHub is going out of the business then "sender" would be the only valid word in the name.

So I decided to completely rewrite the script and add ExpressCrypto as a payment method (FaucetHub is still an option).
