Faucet In A Box Ultimate R106

Changelog:
- Fixed IP_Locks error that appears when you install with different prefix.

Download:
faucetinabox-ultimate-r106.zip

Upgrading:
If you are upgrading from r102, r103, r104 or r105 and made no changes to the core files:
- backup DB
- backup files
- unpack and upload r106 (without config.php)
- replace with your old template
