Upgrading:
If you are upgrading from R95~R98 and made no changes to the core files:
- backup DB
- backup files
- unpack and upload R99
- restore template folder from your backup (if you plan to switch to ExpressCrypto.io then you will need to compare-edit also the template's javascript)
- restore config.php from your backup


Please don't ask me how to upgrade from version XX. You will have to figure it yourself. I don't have ability to answer all the 400 messages that will come tomorrow.
